Over 6 intimately sized, 75-minute classes, students will learn how to alleviate feelings of stress through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, also known as The Yoga of Awareness.
Each class has will incorporate breath, mantra, and movement in ways which are known to benefit the nervous, immune and circulatory systems, ultimately helping your body, mind and soul return to balance.
Whether you are looking to calm a busy mind, develop a regular meditation practice or try something new, be prepared for personal transformation!
You will leave every class having learnt new skills to help relax the body and mind.
Regardless of level, fitness, age, or flexibility, this course is open to ALL.
No previous experience is necessary, the most important thing is your experience.

Our studio will be set with everything you need for your practice. Just wear clothes that don't restrict your movement and bring your water bottle.
