Mums & Bubs Yoga Class at Relax Yoga with Lisa
Our intention with this class is to create a safe, fun, nurturing and supportive place for mums to connect with other mums and for mums and bubs to explore movement together.
This is a very safe and stress free environment where mums are welcome to attend to their own and babies needs throughout the class. Feeding, changing and cuddling is all welcome.
Suitable for mums with babies from birth to 18 months who would like to connect with other mums while engaging in gentle yoga to help tired sore muscles and re-build pelvic floor strength.
Everyone is invited to stay together for a cup of tea after class.
