What can you expect from this a Beginners Hatha Yoga Class?
- Slow movement between postures with plenty of time to orientate yourself and understand what each pose is for you.
- Specific guidance on how to breathe in yoga.
- Guided Meditation directed specifically at the BEGINNERS mind,
- Personal connection and considered instruction in a small group class.

With purchase of this pass you will be enrolled in 6 Beginners Hatha Yoga Classes (dates listed above).
While we encourage commitment and consistency in your practice we understand that sometimes life happens. So, missed classes may be made up at any class on our Summer Holiday Timetable.
Classes are non transferable and non re-fund-able.
This pass will expire on 27th January 2019.
