A fun and engaging class programmed to develop confidence, trust, inner strength, positive connection with others and strong sense of self.  Students work with discipline through practice of yoga postures to improve core strength and flexibility, balance and co-ordination and are gently challenged to reach their potential in a fun and non-competitive environment.Children also learn simple mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques which help them stay connected with their best self, and develop affirmations to counter negative thought patterns and feed a sense of calm.

A powerful, wholesome activity for kids aged between 8 and 12 who enjoy lifting each other up and having fun with great friends.

Kids Yoga Term Pass

Kids Yoga begins in WEEK 2 of TERM 4 on the 10th October 2024 and will run for 8 weeks, finishing in week 9.

Pass is for a single student to attend 8 week term 4 of  Kids Yoga at Relax Yoga, Chermside West.

If the term has already started it will have been discounted to reflect the number of classes left in the term.

  • Kids Yoga class is for Primary School Students aged 8+ and runs on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm
Make up classes are not available.

Purchase of this pass confirms enrolment.

Students will need to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle to class.  
Clothing should be comfortable and not restrict movement.  
Shoes will be removed before entry to the studio.
