Over 6 weeks, through a combination of private and group yoga therapy sessions you learn techniques to heal upper back and neck pain through the therapeutic application of Yoga. Get to know your body, learn techniques to address your pain, improve mobility and practice to help prevent the pain from coming back in the future.
