Mini retreat at the Relax Yoga Studio is time to relax and unwind through a 3.5 hour extended yoga experience.  Incorporating gentle movement, yoga philosophy, time to breathe and rest with guided deep relaxation meditation. Connect with others, be inspired, take time for self reflextion and deep relaxation, then set a path forward to happiness, confidence and calm.

Our Winter retreat theme is "Rest in Deep Warm Peace and Calm."
Your hosts are Tes and Leigh

Included will be:

  • An introduction to the natural qualities of winter from a wellness perspective, explaining how we are influenced by the change in our natural environment on the mental, emotional, energetic, and physical level.
  • A presentation of yogic lifestyle practices that are in tune with the Winter energy and will help us stay well and in balance while still remaining productive with time to set your intentions for how you will move through the winter ahead.
  • A warming yoga practice, including breath practice, movement/postures, and visualisation to help you get up and get going even when it’s cold and dark outside – details of this practice on a take home sheet so you can continue to use it right through the winter months.
  • A full hour of restorative yoga practice incorporating the sound of singing bowls.
  • 30-minute yoga nidra to enter deep relaxation leaving a sense of profound rest.
  • Shared afternoon tea

Retreat will be held at the Relax Yoga Studio 7/65 Milburn St, Chermside West.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and whatever you will need to be comfortable for the day.
