A fun and engaging class programmed to develop confidence, trust, inner strength, positive connection with others and strong sense of self. Students work with discipline through practice of yoga postures to improve core strength and flexibility, balance and co-ordination and are gently challenged to reach their potential in a fun and non-competitive environment.Children also learn simple mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques which help them stay connected with their best self, and develop affirmations to counter negative thought patterns and feed a sense of calm.
A powerful, wholesome activity for kids aged between 8 and 12 who enjoy lifting each other up and having fun with great friends.
