Kundalini Goddess Lisa Preston will visit Relax Yoga on Sunday 29th of November to present this special practice.  

Join Lisa to immerse in the technology of Kundalini yoga, with special emphasis to practice for the Nervous System.

It’s that time of year when we’re all becoming busy in the lead up to Christmas and the various excitement that comes with it.  This special 2 hour Kundalini Yoga event to will strengthen and calm the nervous system, open your hearts and find stillness in deep relaxation.

Moving through pranayama, kriya and meditation, you will leave feeling energised yet also very relaxed. What a wonderful way to begin the silly season.

No experience is necessary, so if you are a beginner looking to try the practice of Kundalini yoga, an experienced yogi, or simply looking to emerse in self care, this is the workshop for you.
