Clear your energy, free your mind and rest deeply with a full hour of meditation practices.  No, you’re NOT going to sit still and try not to think for an hour!  This class brings together meditation techniques which involve movement, breath practices and repetition of sound (in your head if you like!) to bring your mind to focus and clarity before guiding you through 20-30 minutes of deep relaxation meditation.  Great for people who suffer stress or anxiety, fantastic for anyone who seeks freedom of spirit and clarity of thought.  Expect to go home and get the best night’s sleep ever!
