Get ready to find your wings as Sarah teaches you how to fly on Sunday, October 13th!

Acro Yoga is an active practice which combines elements of partner acrobatics, traditional yoga postures and the relaxing touch of Thai massage.

In this two-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of Acro Yoga: how to base, spot and fly safely and effectively!

Be prepared to feel like a child again as you embark on this new yoga adventure; enjoy exploring new movements, playing games and laughing as you learn both the solar (active) and lunar (relaxing) Acro Yoga postures.

Acro Yoga is great for building flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. The practice also teaches it's students how to trust in their own strength as well as their partner's.

Practice begins with some team and trust building activities followed by a dynamic and active practice to get you up in the air.

The afternoon will conclude with bliss inducing partner work which will stretch and massage your well used muscles.

So whether you're an absolute beginner or a well-seasoned yogi - Acro Yoga is a fantastic way to learn how to play again if you find life getting all too serious.

This is a playful workshop open to all levels.

No partner is required for this workshop.

Please ensure you bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothing you can move freely in, *preferably pants because they are more easily gripped*.
