"Yoga is an internal practice, the rest is just a circus."  Sri Pattabi Jois

It's true, yoga is an internal practice, very serious.  The internal practice of yoga is ultimately about connection with ourselves, and with everything.  Life alterning stuff - and thus it's value!

But lets not discount the value of a circus.  In yoga the "circus" can facilitate a sense delight in practice, of connection with others, of motivation and of support.

So, I'm looking for some mischievous friends to join me in running away with the circus for a day.


Lets play with some yoga that's all fun, no work!


Build a sense of community 
Explore creativity
Spend time with other awesome yoga lovers
and move toward that sense of connection with ourselves and all there is.

We'll nurture ourselves with an extended yoga practice and an extra looonng stay in yoga nidra guided meditation - (because internal practice is important, but it doesn't have to feel like work.)

Then indulge our inner child with yoga that is playful to make this half day retreat a memorably joyous experience.

The yoga "circus" will involve:
Learning fun massage techniques
Engaging in partner and group yoga (no partner required in you join us solo we will partner you up on the day).
Laughing
And exploring creativity as a source of both focus and connection with others.

Meet and build connections with other members of the Relax Yoga Community within the safe container of a fully structured program (I've got your back my anxious and introverted friends).

The program for the day will look something like this:

1:00 – 1:10   Welcome introductions and intention setting
1:10 – 1:20     Whole body guided self massage
1:20 – 2:20     Integrated Practice - Movement, Breathing, Inward Focus
2:20  – 3:10    Yoga Nidra with guided visualisation - Connection 
3:10 – 3:30     Creative group activity
3:30 - 3:45     Break, Afternoon Tea (provided)
3:45 - 4:15     Fun Partner and Group Yoga 
4:15 - 4:30     Guided Breathing and Relaxation
4:30 - 4:45      Guided self reflection activity
4:45 - 4:55     Yoga Practice to re-energise
4:55 - 5:00    Questions and close

You will only need your mat and a blanket

Bring a friend OR feel confident about being partnered up on the day.

A light afternoon tea of herbal teas, fruit and healthy snacks, will be provided.

Your ticket is confirmation of booking and is non-refundable within 24 hours of the event.
