Workshop 4: Sunday 10th March 2019 10:30 - 12:30pm

Restorative Yoga- Managing stress and learning to breathe over exam time. Asanas held for 5-10 minutes supported child, legs up the wall/bolster, reclined butterfly, supported twist, reclined hero include partner massage (if the group is OK with that).

Activities: use intuition to guess where the feathers are, creating personal essential oil blends that will help you unwind, sound healing.
