Learn the basics of Partner and Acro Yoga in this fun and creative workshop for Teens. 

Come on your own or bring a friend for this partner and group based yoga practice. Students will develop skills on how to effectively communicate and provide feedback to their partner(s) as they learn how to base, spot and fly. 

This is an all level and ability workshop where students will build flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. 

Participants are guaranteed to leave this workshop with smile, having learnt a plethora of new life skills along with a group of new friends! 

Please bring along a water bottle and a light snack.
