Stretch & Align Yoga - Iyengar Yoga 

Slow, steady guidance helps you tune into your body with clear step-by-step instructions. Each posture is explored with awareness, allowing space to notice breath, sensation and subtle shifts in alignment.

The slow and mindful nature of this class makes it great for students carrying pain, restriction to movement or injury. Props are often used to support the body, and skilled hands on adjustments may be offered to assist with body awareness and alignment.

These classes are an opportunity to understand your body more deeply, move with intention and calmly settle your attention into the present moment.
