Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Relax Yoga

For students who are ready for a playful challenge and who love to move.  This class flows from pose to pose with the breath, demanding focus, generating heat in the body and presenting opportunity for students to explore what they can do in a friendly and non competative environment.   Experienced teachers provide lots of options so each student can find their own way through the flow.

Not reccomended for students with pronounced restriction to their movement unless they feel confident in modifying the practice to suit their own needs.
