We invite you to gather in here at Relax Yoga at a free morning of yoga and community.
Caroline and Tes will host a morning filled with all the things you love about yoga, followed by an opportunity to socialize over a cup of tea.

8:30am - Welcome and yoga philosophy
8:35 - Mantra and chanting practice
8:45am - Asana practice
9:05am - Pranayama
9:15am - Relaxation / Meditation
9:35am - Tea and conversation. 10:00 finish
Please RSVP by booking into our event on punch pass - we are not limiting numbers for this event, instead we will work with whatever space we have available.
If something comes up and you find you can’t join us, please make sure you cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance so that we know how many people to expect.
