Be gently guided through a calming and nourishing mix of yogic movement, breathing and relaxation to reduce stiffness and tension in your body while conditioning the mind and nervous system to favor a relaxed state.
Note this is not a Vinyasa style flow. Tina shares simple flowing movements from the Yoga Synergy style.
Classes are suitable for any student who's goal is ease of movement, stillness and calm. Gentle Flow Yoga classes will release stress and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
