Perhaps there's joy in this, perhaps there's an overarching feeling of discontent.
You evaluate where you’re at and start making rash decisions about changes that need to happen.

And when you look back at 2024 you’ll think to yourself – how amazing am I? what a great year I’ve had…!
If you tend to make new year’s resolutions, you’ll know that grand resolutions often quickly fade as the year progresses.
So what will work?
How can you effect the change you seek?
In this workshop we will use yoga practices to find clarity around what’s most important to you,
and use this clarity to chart a path forward.
We’ll have a look at how the mind works,
develop some understanding of what may be holding you back,
and create a simple and clear forward direction.
What you do with that is up to you!
This is an APPLIED YOGA PHILOSOPHY workshop based on the teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra.
There will be very little, if any practice of yoga poses. Class will be a combination of:
- Yoga education
- Intuitive movement
- Breathing
- Meditation
- Chanting
- Self-observation
- Journaling
