ONCE a month on the Wednesday closest to the Full Moon Caroline holds this special blindfolded practice that takes you inwards.
Deeply meditative and relaxing, this is a practice that calms the mind and soothes the nerves, reducing the hormones of stress.

When the full moon takes its position it heightens and enhances everything that we are... we consider these days important so that we can consciously create the right kind of quality within.

This Full Moon Practice runs in correlation with her Stretch and Align Yoga class which is a fun and interactive class inspired by the Iyengar Yoga Tradition, with a strong focus on alignment of body and mind. Receive detailed instruction and hands on support to move the body into postures that will build strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation. This yoga class moves in and out of poses step by step making it great for beginners and students carrying injury. Suitable for all students who seek to enhance or restore grace and ease in movement, bringing awareness of the body and mind and to immerse in a place of peace and calm.

Easy to follow - all are welcome

Equipment Required: yoga block, yoga strap, chair, bolster (or towel to cover our bolster).  Blankets, cushions and an eye pillow may also be useful.
