This is a blind folded practice to take you inwards.
Deeply meditative and relaxing.
A practice that calms the mind and soothes the nerves, reducing the hormones of stress.
This practice coincides with the full moon.
When the full moon takes its position it heightens and enhances everything that we are... we consider these days important so that we can consciously create the right kind of quality within.
