This Kundalini Meditation is 4 x 15 minute stages to shake loose anything that has become stuck within the body so energy may flow freely. Dynamic movement then melts into witness consciousness and stillness.

Stage 1 = Shake
Let the whole body shake from the inside without ‘doing’ it to free up stuck energy in the body.

Stage 2 = Move & Dance
This is as subtle or dynamic as you feel in the moment. Dance like no one is watching, literally.

Stage 3 = Witness
Observe your inner space from movement to stillness. Done standing or sitting.

Stage 4: Silent stillness
Rest, relax and integrate your experience. Done lying on the mat.
