Yoga Philosophy & Personal Development Workshops

Each 2 hour workshop will focus on a theme from the Yoga Sutras which is a helpful point of reference for personal development.  The theme will be taught and discussed, bringing forward real life examples and application of concepts for a movement towards inner peace, personal freedom and mental clarity.

You will be gifted a Journal at your first workshop and are encouraged to bring it to each session you choose to attend.

Each workshop is capped at 10 students.
