In this class only the most simple and ultra-gentle movements are used to help balance and enhance the breath, moving only for the first 10-15 minutes.
Then breath technique is enhanced to balance energy while resting both the body and the mind.  Through guided relaxation techniques we then coax the whole-body mind system to a place of relaxation.
This 45-minute class is centred around Breathing and Pranayama technique, Relaxation and Meditation.  It is perfect for those who are busy, stressed, and tired who seek to use their time as efficiently while they balance, rejuvenate, and find clarity.
