Prepare for 2 hours of blissful relaxation as you enjoy long stays in fully supported postures designed to coax the body to complete release.  The essential antidote to a high stress lifestyle, restorative yoga postures activate the parasympathetic nervous system giving you time to recover from the demands of life.  Rest, heal, revitalise and restore yourself to your full potential.

At Restorative Yoga you will:
  • Receive guidance on how to support your body to gain complete comfort in each posture
  • Stay in each posture for long periods of time (5-20 minutes) giving your system time to melt into the physical and energetic benefits
  • Follow guided meditation while you're in stillness
  • Enjoy periods of stillness and quiet
Restorative Yoga is suitable for students with any or no Yoga Experience and recommended for absolutely everybody.

Purchase of your 2 hour event pass is considered final confirmation of your booking.
Your pass is non refundable and non transferable.

Bring a blanket, and pillow or cushion, and eye pillow or face washer to put over your eyes.  If you have a bolster, strap and blocks bring them along, if not they will be provided.
